WEEKS 1–2: FOUNDATION & PREPARATION


Medical

  • Confirm diagnosis, TNM stage, CEA level, pathology report, CT/MRI/Pet scan results
  • Build a collaborative team: oncologist, surgeon, integrative doctor, nutritionist
  • Run baseline labs: CBC, metabolic panel, CRP, IL-6, ESR, vitamin D, ferritin, liver function, fasting insulin
  • Stool Microbiome testing
  • Optional: Genetic testing (APC, KRAS, TP53, MSI, Lynch syndrome panel), CTC's

Nutrition
